Customers are highly satisfied with Umbrella Infocare: CSAT survey
A recent survey amongst its customers show a high level of satisfaction with the service and technical capabilities of Team Umbrella. The results are consistent with the company’s vision of working as a trusted partner of the customer with high level of technical competence and dedication. The most significant result of the survey is that more than 70% of customers said they will gladly recommend Umbrella to another customer—the litmus test for any CSAT survey.
An overwhelming 90% respondents said the Umbrella team demonstrated project ownership during execution and troubleshooting, a validation of the company’s vision to be customer centric.
Customers also rated Umbrella team members as highly competent in technical capabilities with 95% expressing the highest level of satisfaction.
It is worth mentioning that Umbrella is the first and till date the only Mobility Specialist partner for Citrix in India. It has a large number of technically certified professionals from AWS and Citrix. By building a strong team of certified specialist Umbrella’s partnership moved from Standard to Advance with AWS and from Silver to Gold with Citrix.
The Umbrella team is speedy and responsive in meeting customer requirements and this is endorsed by 85% of the customers. About 95% of customers were happy with the team’s willingness to listen to customer suggestions and improve service delivery.
