Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure NetScaler Web Application Firewall, Server Load balancer, Global Server Load Balancer (GSLB).
- Responsible for installation, upgrades, patches, configuration, administration, support of Web Application firewall..
- Handle Onboard application on WAF.
- Monitor performance monitoring and fine tuning.
- Monitor uptime and respond to alerts, through troubleshooting.
- Responsible for documenting system configuration, installation, incident reports and resolution.
- Ensure Application Technology Matrix, Architecture diagrams, Runbook, SOPs, Admin related docs are up to date.
- Perform application administration.
- Work towards the closure of application VAPT points.
Required Skill Set and Experience
- Experience in support, configuration, and installation of WAF of any products (NetScaler, F5, Barracuda, Imperva etc).
- Understand business requirements and security use cases to propose and deliver solutions.
- Hands-on experience with below things is value added advantage.
- Good knowledge on WAF and basic knowledge on NetScaler.
- Follow software/Firmware development lifecycle.
- Work with distributed teams.
- Candidate should be willing to work in a shift based 24*7 environment.
