Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical design, development, quality and performance of a web application both as an individual contributor as well as coordinating and reviewing the work of other FE developers on the team.
- Influences and drives team adherence to development processes and creation/maintenances of technical documentations and guides.
- Lead the delivery work (development, quality, build, deploy) for the team.
- Owns technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures that good communication and escalation practices are adhered to.
- Contributes to the wider team development practices to aid continual improvement across the field.
Required Skill Set and Experience
- Must have hands-on experience and excellent knowledge in:
- React JS/ Angular - ReactJS will be preferred
- API based development
- Must have
- 1. Good understanding of AWS Cloud environment and its services.
- 2. Good understanding application architecture and patterns.
- 3. Understanding/experience on micro services or serverless application development.
- 4. Experience in developing and manging distributed applications for a large number of users.
- 5. Knowledge and experience of application development best practices for security, performance and scalability.
- Good knowledge of
- 1. JavaScript internals and best practices libraries.
- 2. Ngnix, Apache web server.
- 3. Writing automated unit test cases.
- 4. Deploying app on Amazon Cloud.
- 5. Databases like Postgres OR MySQL databases.
- 6. Web and Application Server.
- 7. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive web development.
- 8. GitHUB, SVN Proven team leading Experience (task breakdown, review, monitoring, mentoring).
- 9. AGILE SCRUM/ Kanban.
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Ability to deal with client independently.
- Ability to lead & mentor teams.
- Should have worked on AWS services (like EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, Cloudfront, SNS, SQS, SES, CodeCommit.)
