The price reductions for Amazon EC2 C4, M4 & T2 instances across all AWS regions, announced on November 14th, 2016, are now effective.
On-Demand, Reserved Instance (Standard and Convertible) and Dedicated Host prices for C4, M4, and T2 instances are now reduced by up to 25%, depending on region and platform (Linux, RHEL, SUSE, Windows).
