Umbrella Inforcare has extended its customer support time from 8 am to 8 pm as against the earlier timing of 9 pm to 6 pm. In addition to the extended hours, this also means lower cost to customers as after-office support rates are higher.
The new initiative is for all customers including those who have not subscribed for 24×7 enterprise support from Umbrella. Customers who have subscribed to 24×7 customer support will continue to receive the same level of dedicated support.
Speaking about the extended timing, Founder Director, Umbrella Infocare Gurprit Singh says, “We are a customer-centric organization and always listening to our customers. The extended support demonstrates our commitment to meet with customer requirements.”
