Reporting Analyst

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science / Mathematics / Statistics / Commerce / Total Quality Mgmt.

Essential Function
  • Work closely with business heads to identify and prioritise business information needs.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and information systems
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets 
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reports and internal management information reports 
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities from various internal and external reports
  • Keep track of progress on process improvement opportunities
  • Ability to work with multiple customers / projects
  • Create and maintain compliance documentation and records for various systems, services, and processes
  • Co-ordinate with team members and departments to produce content for e-learning, how-to-guides, newsletters, blogs, etc along with its document control.
